How does the order process work?
Click the "order form" link on the left hand menu or the "Order this" link next to an item. You can then fill in the
order form and send this to us. Once we receive your order, we will check that your item is in
stock and then send you an email to pay for the item using a credit/ debit card via Paypal.
Once we have received your payment, your purchase will be despatched First Class by Royal Mail.

How can I pay for my item?
We accept all major credit & debit cards.
All payments go via PayPal, which is one of the most secure online card processing companies on the Internet and, what's more, it's absolutely free to use for you, the buyer.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the Paypal servers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with
an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How much is postage and packaging?
We post to anywhere within the UK and the charges are as follows per delivery address:
1-3 items: £2.50
4-6 items: £3.50
7-10 items: £4.50
We also post Worldwide - please contact us for details. Please note that all postage, packaging details
and delivery times mentioned on this website are for the UK.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore we offer an exchange or a refund (excluding postage). All we request is that you
contact us and return your item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are
unable to refund earrings.
We recommend that any items are returned via recorded delivery as we are unable to accept any liability for the postal service.
The return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Why do you need to confirm my purchase?
As the majority of our designs are made to order, we will need to check whether we have your
item in stock otherwise a creation period of up to 3 working days may be required by our skilled craftsmen. Once confirmed,
we will send you an email requesting payment.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Once we have received your payment and we have your item in stock - it can take up to 2 working days for us
to despatch your item. It will go via First Class post, which should not be more than 2 working days. This
means that it may take up to 4 working days from when we get your payment.
The whole ordering processing may take up to 8 working days, assuming that you send payment within 1 day of receiving the request from us.
(Please note that 8 days is the maximum time that it will take, it will be much quicker in the majority of cases).

What if the item is a gift, rather than for me?
Put your friend's name and address details on the order form. Some items may include giftwrap (if specified), however
we also offer a selection of giftwrapping to ensure that your gift is even more special.

I've seen an item that I like on your website, but was told that it is sold out.
There is a limited quantity of each design, which makes each item more unique.
For some items, this can mean that we will not be producing any more of that piece once we have sold out.
So to avoid disappointment, please don't hesitate to place your order if you see something you like.

There is something that I like on your website, but I would prefer it in a different colour
There are some designs that we can make in a different colour scheme, so please contact us to discuss. It is also possible
to make small modifications to some of the current designs to suit the individual. Also, we cater for commissions and can
tailor-make a piece for the individual. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information for any of these options.

Will my contact details be passed on to any other parties?
Absolutely not, your privacy is very important to us, therefore we will not disclose your details to any other parties.
